This really is a showstopper for a special occasion. A cake for someone who loves flowers or just for someone who’s looking for something unique.
Baked using the finest ingredients, from free-range eggs delivered from the Kent countryside, to deliciously fruity jams made by a small company in Bermondsey. Our vanilla cake is a soft and cloud like Chiffon sponge. Four layers of sponge, each layer filled generously with jam and our silky buttercream. We make our buttercream a little different from the standard icing sugar and butter mix. We make a light and smooth Italian meringue buttercream. Once you've tried it you'll never want to go back to the original.
Our sponge cakes stand taller than industry standard at around 6 inches tall. Each cake is hand decorated using our hand pressed edible flowers. Each cake we create is unique and bespoke to you. Like the flowers, no petal is ever the same. We work closely with the seasons and move with the natural palettes and colours that they bring.
You can opt for a short bespoke message of your choice to be hand piped on top, or let the flowers do the talking, the choice is yours. Presented on a white cake board which will also be decorated with edible flowers and leaves.
